NCS Legal Services in-house law firm has one of the most sophisticated systems and procedures that have been developed throughout years in commercial debt recovery. Qualifying accounts for suit is one of the most delicate parts of our system, we do not recommend for suit unless we find assets, so we can execute on (once judgment is obtained). Any claim requiring Out of State litigation will be forwarded to a local attorney, with whom we have an established relationship.

Only 2.6% of our collection files have been litigated, and 10% out of that have gone to mediation/trial. That tells how efficient we are in handling legal collection matters.
